CNC Plasma Cutting: Plasma has a number of advantages over other forms of metal cutting, which explains why we use it extensively in order to give customers the products they’re looking for. Plasma metal cutting can be used on all electronically conductive materials; it’s particularly suitable for cutting steel and in some situations aluminum.
Fiber Laser CNC Sheet Cutting: The major thing that makes laser cutting machines great is that they can cut metal very accurately. Laser cutting uses a high-powered laser that focuses the laser beam to burn, melt, vaporize and is blow away by a jet of gas to leave a high-quality surface finished edge. Our lasers can cut through metals like aluminum, brass, and copper.

Part Finishing & Deburring: Parts will be attractive, smooth and ready to use. Our laser cut deburring/finishing process is included – but not all finishes are equal. Home Design Extras Corbels and Brackets are structural 1/4" aluminum or steel manufactured to add support and structure. For projects that do not have a structural requirement we provide a 1/8" design versions. The designs are as endless as your imagination.
Truss Brackets & Plates
Truss Brackets & Truss Plates are a great way to spice up any exposed beams or outdoor feature such as pergolas. Add Structure while adding a great design elements that will wow your friends or customers.

Hidden Shelf Brackets
Ever wanted a floating shelf, desk, mantel, bench, ext? Using out floating hidden shelf brackets make that dream a reality. Unlike the corbels we make these to be mounted to the stud and then you drywall or tile over them. This provides a unique look and adds more structural support.
Made out of structural aluminum or steel. These brackets come in different thicknesses depending on what you want to use them for. The original use of these styles of brackets was for granite and sink vanities. As people think outside the box we have found many uses for brackets and have designed our brackets for all sorts of applications.
Awning/Overhangs
